Based in Carrigaline, this family-run business is passionate about producing quality cheese. Every batch produced gets the most careful attention at each stage of production and maturation on their farm. All of the cheeses are handmade and are truly artisan in nature. They source all of the milk from a local farm so have first-hand knowledge of the quality of milk used. The passion that is put into every step of the production process is evident in the end product; a high-quality cheese that is alive with taste and presence. It’s hard to find a product that is made with more love and care than this one!
